5. Artwork Requirements
Customers should carefully review their artwork before submitting it for production. For designs that require a cutting margin, customers should follow the design specifications provided by The Custom Tags CA. Unless otherwise specified for a particular product, customers should leave a 1-inch margin where required to allow appropriate cutting and finishing. Customers should ensure that artwork is supplied in the requested format and resolution.6. Color and Printing
Customers should understand that colors displayed on computer monitors, phones, tablets, and other digital devices may differ from the final printed product. Color differences may occur because of:- Monitor and screen settings

7. CMYK and RGB Files
Customers are encouraged to provide print-ready artwork in CMYK color format. If an RGB file is submitted, it may be converted to CMYK before printing. RGB-to-CMYK conversion can result in changes to the appearance of certain colors. Customers are responsible for reviewing the final proof or artwork approval before production.8. Textured Card Material
Where textured card material is selected, the applicable side of the material may have a textured surface. For white and off-white textured card materials, the textured appearance may be present on one side of the material. Customers should contact our team before ordering if they require a specific side, texture, or finish.9. Pricing and Payment
All applicable product prices, quantities, specifications, shipping charges, taxes, and other charges should be displayed or communicated before the customer completes the purchase. Customers are responsible for paying the total amount shown at checkout or otherwise agreed for the order. Payment must be successfully completed or otherwise approved before an order enters production. We may use third-party payment processors to securely process payments. The Custom Tags CA does not request customers to provide complete payment-card information through unsecured email or ordinary contact forms.10. Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to change or cancel an order. Because custom products may enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation or changes are not guaranteed. If artwork preparation, material procurement, printing, manufacturing, tooling, or other production activities have started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation. If cancellation is approved, applicable costs already incurred may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law. Custom-made products are generally not returnable for change of mind, incorrect selection, or customer preference. 13. Intellectual Property
The Custom Tags CA and its licensors retain ownership of intellectual property belonging to The Custom Tags CA, including applicable website content, text, graphics, designs, logos, images, software, and other materials.
